I wouldn't have twins with the same initials I'd use Ianthe and Yolanda
Rory is good or Rowan, Rufus, Scarlett, Ruby
Sienna for orange or Amber
Xanthe for yellow
Jade, Chloe, Oliver, Forrest, Emerald for green
Kaltrina or Sapphire for blue, Azure is ok
Indigo is ok, Yukira also means violet
Don't really like the other names

Tbh I gave the twins the same initials on purpose; I find it weird irl but in stories, it can be charming. I’m starting to consider Ianthe instead of Iole tho; but that’d rule Xanthe out though and I kinda like that.
Unfortunately there are too many girls already else I’d use Sapphire! That’s adorable!

I'm going to be absolutely honest here: I think that is a wonderfully creative idea for a family set! This is just a suggestion; how about using Keshet as the family surname? The word "keshet" actually means "rainbow" in Hebrew, I believe.
Of your list, I like Rory, Flavia, Esmeralda, and Azure; the other names, I don't care much for. For "orange," may I suggest Sienna? Indigo isn't really my style, so I can't say that I enjoy it; though, it's the only name I can find (meaning Indigo). For a twin sister, how about Ianthe, since it also means "violet" (and starts with the letter "I")?

I love Keshet for their last name! Sienna was unfortunately ruined for me by someone but perhaps I’ll use it if they end up being the mean sister or something? And I considered Ianthe, but tbh idk how to pronounce it. 😅
