I've always had a thing for the name Keisha; it's one of the most beautiful names that I've ever heard.
Neither is my style, and both feel dated. In general, I prefer "-tia" to "-sha" (e.g., Letitia, Claritia, Portia, etc.).
They're cute enough, but they are extremely dated to a relatively short time period, and they are almost stereotypical "black names." A lot of those names got very popular very quickly and then fell from use just as quickly.
I like Keisha, but I prefer it pronounced KAY-sha than KEE-sha
