Mary and Martha (sounds good, I think, but I question whether it is because of the obvious theme. Not that it's a bad theme, just a litte too theme-y)

Since I missed out on the worst, here are mine:
Kassandra and Kandace, nn Sandi and Kandi
Leo, Cleo, and Theo (triplet boys)
There must be something in our water. My high school wasn't huge, but there were four or five sets of twins in my graduating class of about 300. And I know personally three sets of triplets and know OF several more. Don't know any quads, though.
