Definitely Patricia. Though I have known a Patricia whose nn was Patrice; that rather proves my point, because though a Patricia can call herself Patrice quite easily, a Patrice is stuck with it and certainly couldn't use Patricia as a nn. Either way, Pat is an acceptable nn; I don't enjoy Patty or Patsy, and I really don't like Trish, Trisha, Tisha and Tish.
