When I joined BtN is also when I started really getting into names, so the evolution of my name taste is pretty well documented here :p

My top 10 consists mostly of names that have been on my mind for future children. With that, I don't see the following returning (even though I still like them) :
Alessandra - seems too princess-y to me. I can't see myself with a little one named this.
Freya, Isla, Zara - too many other kids with these names running around
Leona - I had a supervisor at my previous job named this. I still love the name, however, I met my man there and he cannot push past the connection to her. I want to use it anyway.
Luna - I'd like something a little more sophisticated than Luna, too cutesy for me
Safiya - I love this name, but it's not from my culture
Alec - I like the name, but I think he'll get bullied due to the term "smart alec"
Caspian - Although I like the name, I just can't see myself with a child named this.
Finn - I prefer Finnian nn Finn these days
Tobias - I prefer Tobiah these days
Calvin / Damian / Dylan / James / Daniel - Daniel is my cousin, the others are all ex-boyfriends

these go back pretty far, like to teen years and even childhood for a couple. But I do keep a few docs of some of the ones I liked then, but only on online I have quick access to. I wouldn't call any top favorites or any I hate though (besides Agalyn lol) I just dont like them, or like them as much anymore
Agalyn (smoosh of Agatha and Adelyn)
Sarabella
Solanda
Tonya
Jodie
Joannie
Casey
Trudy
Lori
Paulina
Melina
Holly
Ava
Debbie
Maddie
Macy
Carly
Amy
Nell for me too
Eustacia
Laney
Sissy
Sistine
Cassie
Laika
Calista *a former top favorite I just wouldn't use anymore but still like casually*
Coral
Braelynn
Anakin
Brayden
Kyle
Parker
Paxton
To a small extent, Edward, as I much prefer Edmund now. Also probably Milo. I still like but Id be much less likely to use it presently
I somewhat had more of an affinity for middle aged women names when I was a kid. Partially because I was a teacher's pet and loved my teachers.I remember loving Tonya and Debbie. I really loved all -ie or -y ending two syllable names for girls and boys. My favorite being Janie and Cassie. Cassie was the first name I wanted to use on a daughter someday when I was in elementary school.
