One of my little cousins was named this (not little anymore, but in my mind she's perpetually seven). She had the most beautiful soft blue eyes and almost silvery brown hair, and a very ethereal sort of presence, gentle and thoughtful. I think that helped me see Blair in a favourable way. I can definitely see how Blair sort of has Sloane energy - it's more like a blurted sound than anything. Maybe Blair is a bit nicer in an accent that would soften the final r.Ironically my cousin Blair married someone who was also named Blair.

That, I don't know! I'm not close to them, but I do wonder.... Maybe they have nicknames for each other??

Couples often use the same nickname for each other. "Where are you, Love?" "I'm in the attic, Love!" But, to say the least, it's not ideal.
