I like Delfina much more. Delphina sounds like a tacky fairy-princess-half-mermaid, but Delfina feels a lot more elegant and smooth to write

Delfina looks much warmer and more energetic, to me. The ph spelling seems more high-strung.

Very beautiful and mystical. The name Delphine/Delphina always reminds me of dolphins. Likely as the two look so similar.

I prefer Delfina, which I posted about several days ago after discovering that one of my Italian great-aunts bore the name. I also like Delphina (and Delphine) a lot.
