I like it. It's close to Esther but without the dustiness. (I like the dustiness on Esther, but I think Estera is more versatile)

Well, it's just Esther in another language, so it's okay. I don't think it is very appealing as an English usage, though. Sounds a bit like it could be a brand name for contraceptive pills. Estela is nicer.
