If you're going for very old-fashioned, you've chosen well. Only thing is, Leonard and Maynard sound like twins. They are very similar in sound, so similar that I wouldn't even include them in a sibset unless they were twins.
If Mildred is to have a twin brother and Leonard isn't to be a twin, try Milton or even Millard.

I think Martin, Marvin, Merlin, Marlin, Melvin, Maurice, Murphy, Murdoch, Merton, Morton, Malcolm, Morris, Myron work too if you were going to use a short M name that's not as matchy.

Don't like the names, but fit the them, don't like twins or siblings with the same initials and if all the others with a d also with a d nearby maybe Ethel should have a d ending eg Sigrid
