I like the name Norma. It just sounds good to me, and it reminds of the singer Norma Tanega. Definitely a nice name in my opinion.
However, I could see someone named Norma hating their name. It probably seems old fashioned nowadays, and I could see people making jokes about being "normal" or a "normie." But I still think it's a nice name.
