German speaking region seems to have the least variety.

Sofia actually seems like a refreshing standout in that group. And then
Liam,
Luca, Leano,
Nino, Lio,
Lian,
Leon,
Louis,
Elias - it's weird for me to think of
Matteo and
Noah as variety. I wonder why L names are so popular.
Giulia and
Enzo stand out to me in the French group for seeming Italian.
Of the main group,
Liam stands out to me, I guess because I expect it more among Irish and English speakers even though I know it's widely popular internationally. Also,
Nora stands out to me because I think that's not as popular sounding here compared to the others.
