Frieda jumps out as being very old fashioned in comparison to the other names?

Luisa and Frieda are quite popular in Germany.
Frieda is one of many old-fashioned-names, that haven't been used for decades but are popular now.
Alexandra, Lena and Julia were popular in the 80s and 90s. They seem a bit outdated now.
To me, Frieda also jumps out.
Like Alexandra, Lena, Julia and Luisa could be sisters born in the 80s/90s and Frieda could be the daughter of one of them.

Looking at the name's page, it seems to have had a spike of popularity in Germany recently, though only this decade. Perhaps its been a little bit of an off-charts climber and coming back into fashion as a trendy old-fashioned name.
