Only one that comes to mind that you didn't mention is Mia. But really, it semes to me if you want a nn that's not one of the obvious ones, you should just use that nn by itself or with another full name that is less obscure.
In Indonesia, it seems that every Amelias I've encountered are called Amel, pronounced AH-mehl (or in IPA /ˈa.mɛl/).
Another nickname options that I can get off my mind are Ames, Azza, Melly, and Ellie.
