Beautiful, I love it! In my area, Gianna is very popular while Giovanna remains relatively unused.

It’s not a bad name, but I don’t think it would be my first choice; I especially love it as a middle name.

Its ok in my opinion.

I love it. It's perhaps my 4th or 5th favorite female G name.

Fine in Italy, or in an Italian family. With Joan, Joanne, Joanna and Johanna readily available, I can't see the need for it and many people would have severe pronunciation problems with it.

It's ok
