I would like it a lot more if it wasn’t already associated with Parker Bowles. A name loses appeal to me when it’s heavily attached to a very public figure.
Objectively I think it’s very pretty and spunky and I like all the nicknames you mentioned, and I would also add Milla, as that’s how I pronounce the last syllables as well. Milla is less cutesy than Millie and ages well.
