Nicknames for the name Versailles?

So, I've been thinking of using the name Versailles for a character as I find it very beautiful sounding but I feel it would need a nickname and am struggling to find some good ones. The name is pronounced ver-SIGH and I considered the nickname Vere (VEER) but I'd still like some more options to choose from, what do you think?
