Like a good name nerd there are oh so many names so I broke it down to Love and Hate :)
LOVE
Echo
Celina
Kiara
Lavender
Olive - one of the few names where I like it whole and all the nicknames it comes with, Olly, Liv, O
Vada - this one came out of no where to me and it's shot to the top of the list!
Belle
Lilith -if I didn't have a niece named Lily it would be up there
Sarai
and since your subject line literally asks for it lol
HATE
Astrid - the nails on the chalk board of names
Brindle - sounds like a piece of cookware
Clarity
Delphinium - not saying not to use the periodic table for inspiration, but there are others
Jewel
Margery - margarine forever
Nimue - not nemo
Morwenna - no -morwenna
Romilda
Shasta - one typo away from being Shatsta
Winifred - got handmaid's tale vibes even before the show
Sylvestra - absolutely not
Ruby - I know everyone likes this now but not for me
Jessamine
Susannah - oh where oh where is my bonnet
Flora
Special mentions -
If Ottavia was Octavia it would go to the love list
Never heard of Elletra before your list but I like it!

Wow, that is a fun and varied list. Below are my personal ideas, but mostare just based on my taste and preferences, not necessarily any reasoning behind it so nothing personal.
Names I don't care for:
Adana
Adara
Adastra
Arista
Astoria
Astra
Belle
Brindle (I really dislike the same of that name. Sorry)
Cecette (same, sounds just bizarre)
Cosette (as a French speaker... this is the name from Les Misérables. No one in the Francophone world is named that.)
Edana
Esme
Historia
Jacquetta
Jessamine
Nerissa
Nimue
Romilda
Shasta
Sylvélie
Vada
Vidia
Yvaine
Names I would put in the short list:
Astrid
Beatrice
Clara
Elisabeth
Elodie
Emmeline
Felicity
Genevieve
Hazel
Ingrid
Juliet
Lorelei
Marguerite
Violet

Thank you for the input! Yes, I like to think I have "flexible" taste in names, lol! You actually got the majority that are on the short list exactly right!
i would definitely get rid of most "westeros" names (e.g. nymeria), hermione, shoshanna, and thomasina.
Here's my roast. To be honest there are a lot of names I love on your list.
Alyce - A lice?
Adria - incomplete
Avalon - perfect as a mystical place name (King Arthur), but not as first name.
Breanne - Reminds me of the woman who was killed by police
Cara - nickname for a loved one (like baby, honey, mi amor etc)
Clarity - perfect name for a psychic who reads a crystal ball. Clarity Crystal.
Crescentia - Very dark and moody. Wednesday Adam's daughter?
Edana - sounds like a cheese
Elettra - chair
Emerald - Celebrity baby like Apple and Mowgli.
Harmony - har-moan-ee
Ilaria - Malaria
Isannah - I really dislike this name. I prefer Isa or Susannah, but not this 'name'.
Isadora - I dislike all names with dora. I don't see the attraction at all and it just makes me think of mean granny's.
Isabelle - the LE at the end is frilly and unnecessarily. Love Isabel.
Jacquetta - sounds like a card game or the lawn game croquet.
Kiera - boring and unattractive.
Lyra - it has the word lie in it which is perfectly fine for Lyra Belacqua (His Dark Materials by Philip Pullman), but I think it's distinctively hers. Like naming your child Scout.
Lavender - I love the flowers and scent, but find it unattractive as first name. Lav as nickname? What you call a toilet (lavatory).
Shara - will have to remind everyone her name is not Sara.
Violet - violence

Thank you for the input!
I really like most of the names on your list. It would probably be really boring to see a list of me gushing over the ones that I like, so I’m going to mostly Zoom in on the ones that got a more acidic response.
Adela / Adelia – Do you really like both equally? Between this and Adrienne / Adriana, the list is off to a repetitious sounding start.
Aimee – Part of the beauty of Amy is in its simplicity. Aimee is overstretched. The double -ee is like a scream as it is pulled to the longest length possible.
Ameline – Is this pronounced like aim line? It sounds like a brand of rifle scopes.
Brindle – This has an attractive sound. It is fun to say like tinkling bells. Unfortunately, it makes me think of breeding for a particular coat pattern. Wendell or Briony might be alternatives.
Cecette – This screams Francophile while also not sounding like a name that actual French people would use. It is like an imposter that learned French but would get pointed out in Among Us.
Delphinium – I am fond of delphiniums. I sorta like this, but it is just a bit too much. It’s like Petunia or Hyacinth where it almost sounds overbearing. Delphi would be an adorable nickname though. Delphinia seems more namey.
Emerald – Well, it is more interesting than Diamond, but , like a lot of things that try to sound expensive, it somehow feels cheap. I feel the same way about Ruby. Pearl and Jasper are a bit different since they have metaphor/religious significance that give them an added dimension. The alchemical associations of Emeralds are cool.

Get rid of/ditch these:
Adastra
Adrienne
Alyce
Arista
Astra (Just as bad as Astro)

Astrilde
Beatrix
Bianca
Breanne (Brianne looks nicer)
Brindle (I'm sorry, what?)

Hmm yeah I once saw Brindle on a nature name list. I liked it. I see what you guys are saying though and it's getting the boot.
These are the ones that I would personally keep! I was going by names I like and ones that I could envision on an actual child.
Annora
Bianca
Breanne
Celestine
Celina
Cosette
Daisy
Daphne
Diana
Edessa (though I prefer Odessa a lot more)
Enid (definitely an old lady name though)
Estella
Felicity (American Girl vibes)
Flora
Florence
Francesca
Genevieve
Grace
Guinevere
Ilaria
Isadora
Isannah
Lavender
Lavinia
Liora

Margery
Marguerite
Marie-Claire
Marigold
Marina
Meadow
Michella
Mira
Morwenna
Nimue
Noelle
Nova
Opal
Seraphina
Serena
Sophie
Summer
Winter
As for ones I'd definitely recommend taking off:
Zara (clothing store)
ad astra Adastra.. simply depends on if you want a kid to be named "to the stars" in Latin.
Brindle, like the fur pattern on a dog or cat?
I would definitely take Hermione off. It's just SO ubiquitous to HP.

Is this for a hypothetical baby or are they just names you like?
I'd shortlist these for a baby
Adria Audrey Calista Emerald Grace Marina Nina Sophie Violet
And maybe Shara...
Ones I'd get rid of for sure because imo they are bad
Brindle Echo Historia Winter Lilith
Ones I personally dislike a lot

Hypothetical baby 👶🏻 I want 2-3 after grad school
Adastra: A dastardly disaster.
Adria: It has a nice sound but also sounds a bit incomplete.
Adrienne: I like this, but so many people say it just like the boys' name Adrian. The one Adrienne I knew said it Ay-Dree-EHN.
Adriana: This is the best of the Adrian lot, I think.
Aimee: Spell it how you like, it's still bland boring Amy.
Alyce: If this is pronounced like Alice, the y seems pointless.
Amaryllis: Cutesy cartoony.
Anastasia: I don't exactly like this enough to use it or want to use it, but since I enjoyed the Anastasia Krupnik books growing up, I have a definite soft spot for it.
Annmarie: Marie can really brighten up a dull name. This is quite nice. I think I'd prefer Anne Marie.
Arista: Arrest a? Heiress ta? Not seeing the appeal.
Astoria: Good name for a hotel.
Astra: Middle name should be Zenica.
Audrey: Heavy and downbeat.
Aurora: Beautiful imagery but the sound is like a dog noise.
Avalon: Good name for a trailer-park; the over-55 kind.
Belle: It has an image exactly opposite its meaning.
Breanne: It's fine, but I far prefer Brianna. Does make a good mn
Brindle: Like a bulldog. Ridiculous on a person, and lame on an actually brindle animal.
Calista: Nobody'd ever heard of this till Ally McBeal and her miniskirts and her dancing baby. Makes me think of something to put on calluses to soften them.
Cara: I really like this. As long as it's Care-a and not Car-a.
Catherine: Yawn.
Cecette: Ick.
Celestine: What a cold, unapproachable name.
Celina: This is quite cute. I would spell it Selena. Selena seems to be very popular on young Hispanic girls around here.
Charity: Nice thought but no.
Clara: It's got slightly more spirit than spineless Claire, but not much.
Clarissa: SO prissy.
Clarity: Good name for a cell-phone company or maybe a hearing-aid.
Claudia: It's attractive but a bit cold.
Clover: Sickly on a person. A good cow name.
Cora: What is the appeal of this frump of a name?
Coraline: Weird book and movie, never know how to pronounce it and it just sounds like a lipstick shade.
