Like everyone else on here I have fondness for learning about names, enough so I’ve actually created a huge list of the ones I’ve found here, usually to use in my own writing but also just to read lol. I wanted to share with you guy some of my top favorites!!

Regarding your names in the post, Leander is actually in my family tree! Almost disappointingly, he went by Leon, and the name Leon wound up being the one passed down. Channary is very cool, as is Serik.
I'm watching The Last Kingdom, and the character Princess Aethelflaed is really coming into her own (and historically she was a bada$$). But I'm sorry, I just can't get on the Ethel bandwagon. :-( (And Ethel is another name in my family tree: Ethel Clara, my great grandmother.)
