Reagan and Riley are a bit too surnamey sounding for my tastes and I prefer them as boys names.
Surnamey or boys names for girls are very very trendy at the moment, and its a trend I have grown bored with.
When a surname is a family name, example the wifes maiden name,and it is used as a middle name then its not quite so bad.
I tend to dislike cutsey twinny names and same letter names for twins is a bit cutsey.
Nola and Lucy.- two individual names feminine sweet without being cutsey, Nola isnt really my style it has a nicknamey feel about it but its nice enough, Lucy I like a lot.
still you could always combine them
