Angel

On a boy I think it's decent enough if it's a part of their culture. On a girl it kind of makes me think of a "performer" name. Like a stripper or adult film star. Not that those people don't have value in the world because they do... but it strikes me as a sexy performer name than a legal one.
I wouldn't use it but I like it. Where I live it's more common for girls so I see it as unisex but more feminine.
Love it. I think it's clearly unisex. I like the Spanish pronunciation AHN-hell, but wish the English pronunciation would come back in style for boys. You see it sometimes in 19th century British novels and it's quite charming.
“Girl, you’re my Angel, you’re my darrrrlin annngeeel”. That’s a song that I grew up with. Can’t say that I’m a huge fan of that song, lol. But, that’s what the name makes me think of.
As for the name, I think it’s cool; I’ve known two girls Angel, making my first impression feminine. However, I met a really handsome, Hispanic dude called Angel. So, now, my feelings are that it’s a unisex name.

I don't like it for either, but I see it as feminine
