Nicodemus is on the one hand just a greek name that happens to be in the bible - non-religious in the origin (greek) and meaning ("victory/victor + the people"). One the other hand it's a rather prominent person in the bible, one of the "good guys".
So even if by origin its not religious, I'd expect the parents of a
Nicodemus to be religious. That's why I put the Name in both categories.
It's similar with
Cyrus.
It's just a persian king that happens to be mentioned in the bible, on the other hand the Cyrus-Edict is so important and (at least to me) the name is so rare, that to me it's very biblical. Though I wouldn't worry, that
Cyrus in particular would appear fundamentalist. I'd have that worry with some of the other names (not with all of them, though).
