Thank you! I really like the idea of Gray also! I like these from your suggestions!Arie
Reah/Rea (pro. like the second half of Gary) I actually thought about Raya/Riyah cause my uncles middle name is Ray. Gary Ray! But I don't know since Disney came out with the movie!Corin

You could spell Gary as Garrie to make it look more feminine. Garrette is another option although it seems to honor a Garrett. Gareth / Garith is similar to your Lilith. Gara maybe?

Antonia or Antoinette could work for Anthony, the meaning of that name isn't known so that's a tricky one. I know a lot of people will think this idea is cursed, but what about Gray for a girl. People are into that sort of thing now. And I do remember, long ago, those "baby name gurus" from the year 2000 prophesied that Gary itself would make a "daring" girls name.... Gary means "spear" and I'm pretty sure there are other spear-related girls names but they are kind of hefty.

Thank you! My mom's maiden name was Gray so that is perfect! And I kind of like Antonia but I'm still not sure about it though! But I will keep it as a option!

That’s tricky! If I had to I’d use Nella as a first name and Antoinette as a middle name to honour Anthony.Nothing appeals to me as an honour for Gary and I don’t have any suggestions.Good luck!
