Thoughts? Would you prefer Kai?

As a german, I definitely prefer Kai.Kaiser is not a name here, it's a title. And I think, it sounds pretty ridiculous as a given name. Sorry. There's still the possibility of naming a girl Kaisa or Kajsa.

Over-ambitious for a human. I've only seen it on a very large German Shepherd who looked alarming but was actually very sweet-natured and only used his teeth for dog biscuits. I far prefer Kai.

I think Kaiser is kinda over-the-top tough sounding. I picture Kaiser as the name of a guard Doberman with its ears trimmed extra short.
But if I met a regular guy named Kaiser I would think of Kaiser Permanente, and it'd be basically just like meeting a guy named Chase!
I like Kai more.

It means „emperor“ in German and therefore is very hilarious as a name to me. It’s like being named Emperor Smith or something. In English speaking countries I guess it’s usable.I’d just do Kai.

I wouldn't want to give my kid a name with the Kaiser Wilhelm association, but that's just me.

The meaning of hairy is not particularly attractive or inspiring and don’t like the associations.I much prefer Kai or Cairo / Kairo or Kairon / Kyron etc.

It just seems a bit... well... I'd wonder what their politics are, I guess. Kai is a much better option, yes.

I know two people (unrelated!) with the last name Kaiser. So, for me it's a surname and a title.I'd prefer Kai!
I think of Kai and Gerda from the fairytale The Snow Queen.

Actively terrible and borderline offensive.

I don't like Kaiser, Kai is ok

I absolutely dislike Kai so Kaiser is minimally better, seems more complete, but just seems like a brand name - Kaiser Permanente. And it just doesn’t have a pleasing sound.
