Margarita
Does this work as a first name or is too associated with the alcoholic drink?

It's elegant and pretty. Much prefer it to Margaret.
I'm glad we have all collectively arrived to the idea of Marguerite like a cumulative consciousness blob 🍮 lmao
To associated with the alcoholic beverage in my opinion, I think Marguerite would be a close alternative that Dodges that connection
I think it sounds too much like the drink, I would change it to Marguerite.
This is my partner's grandma's name! I have to admit that it does make me think of the drink. Maybe outside North America it's not as much of an issue.
Not a fan of names with a G in them.
I think it can work, but the parents shouldn’t be surprised if she gets a little teasing for it. The sound is nice though. Margaret or Marguerite is better.

I like it, but can't get past the association.
It's so lovely, but I do fear its powerful association with the drink. I prefer Margareta for that reason.
I really like Margaretta too
I think it would be better as a middle, it’s very associated with the drink imo. Or maybe use Marguerite?
