Francesca is lovely. Francine also seems very fashion-forward.

I like Francesca enough; It’s not something I would go out of my way to use but it’s is quite beautiful, universal, and has some personality and glamour to it. Francisca is also good. That said, Franca is real cute. Fran I’m okay with, but Franny or Fanny? No thanks. I think of Fanny pack, lol.

Francesca is a gorgeous name. I’d use it in a heartbeat. Franca is okay. Fanny as a nn is one that I wish I could use, but it has a bad meaning in North America and a worse meaning in England.

Francesca: my name, very overused in my own country (something I hated growing up) but I’ve learned to appreciate it with time.Fanny: my nickname as a teen, pronounced the French way. It’s ok I guess?Franca: don’t really care for it.

I love francesca. I would totally use it. So fanciful but also powerful. Fanny has the pro of being one half of the duo in Fanny and Alexander from the classic film but that's about all that's positive. I can only think of it as a nickname for rear end. Franca I am neither here nor there on.

I like Frances nn Fanny but only because of Jane Austen. I don't think it's really usable now
