Nothing wrong with Brendon other than a possible confusion with Brandon. Its a nice enough if vanilla kind of name.
Briana is quite nice considering the whiney vibe given off by the masculine version, Brian, a name I dislike intensely.
Brycen is just ghastly. Nothing good to say about it.

I've always liked Brendan; given another son, I'd have considered it seriously as a mn because of my son's best friend. Trouble is, his spelling of it is Brendon, which I don't enjoy. Brycen is awful; Bryson is just another lnfn and references the great Bill, which doesn't make me like it exactly but it does make it a whole lot better than Brycen. I like Brian a lot for a boy - pleasingly retro - but Briana doesn't please me at all. And I imagine there'd be pronunciation issues - BRAIan or BREEan - which doesn't help.
Brianna is ok, don't really like the others
