I prefer water names as masculine.

I always think ocean is a big, wide water body that is filled with shark, unforgiving waves, tsunamis, ... and human corpses. My associations of oceans and seas are really different lol 😆, I always imagine sea being a fun place to going out to on a vacation. So, my association with the name would be unpleasant.

I picture it as a non-binary name, not a girl and not a boy. But it's more feminine-leaning, I guess. Apart from my association to the ocean, I really like Oceana on a girl!

Unisex, but I don’t like it. Much prefer River!

Boy. It's okay, but Ocean is definitely masculine. Oceane is feminine.
