Cecilia
I feel like I mention Cecilia a lot, but I always wonder how you guys feel about it. I never really see it appear on here super often. What would you pair with it?

I think Cecilia is very pretty, but I do prefer Cecily or Celia.

I think Cecilia is beautiful, (Never Cecelia) but maybe a bit too pretty. Cecily is just as gorgeous, simple, and distinguishing. Cecilia Wren
Cecilia Jane
Cecilia Anne
Cecilia Evangeline
Cecilia Genevieve
Cecilia Helen
Cecilia Diane
Cecilia Tamar
Cecilia Mabel
Cecilia Vivienne

It's pretty, in theory, but I know an irritating Cecilia who puts me off it. Cecily is crisper, quintessentially British, and free of negative associations.

Thank you for earworming me with that wonderful Simon and Garfunkel song! I'll be happy all day, or for as long as it takes.I find Cecilia unnecessarily long, frilly and complicated. I much prefer Cecily and would use it without hesitation. Rather than use Cecilia, I'd consider Celia. I know it's a different word, but I prefer the sound, and the character in As You Like It.Maybe as a mn Cecilia would be OK. I know an Anne Cecilia, which is quite nice.

I don’t like it, sounds hairy. Cilia are hairlike structures that can be found in your ears or on cells to help them move.
