Juliet, no contest. I absolutely LOATHE Celeste and can't for the life of me, understand why it seems to be so liked here! Juliet has an nice, elegant, warm sound to it. Celeste does not.

Juliet, if there wasn’t already a Juliana in my family. It has a romantic, princessy vibe to it.
Celeste is really pretty too though. Reminds me of stars. Although, I met a girl named Celeste who was pretty annoying so she’s pretty much the only person I associate with it.

Celeste, by far.

Juliet is pretty although I prefer Julia. I don’t care for Celeste. I can’t help but think of the elephant in the Babar books my grandmother used to read to me.

Today, I’m feeling Juliet. It’s really pretty and timeless. Also, Julie would be a cute nickname.

Very difficult choice, though!

Juliet, hands down. I love it, it ages so well and yet stays youthful, like its meaning. I would definitely consider using this or Julia for a daughter. Celeste is nice to, it was on my PNL at some point, but it has a rather hissy sound that puts me off. I much, much prefer Estelle, which has similar sounds and means star.

Juliet is the only Juli- name that I enjoy. Celeste ... heaven is rather ambitious as a name meaning, and wasn't the Marie Celeste a ship that was lost and when it turned up it was empty of all humans? And then there's the queen of the elephants ... no. Too much baggage. I'd prefer Celia to Juliet, but Juliet to Celeste.
