MAD uh lin (also have heard MAD uh line rhyme fine and it would feel fairly natural to switch to that)
KAHT yuh or KAH tee-uh
I don't really know about Leocadia, I've never heard anyone say it. Which prn I'd try would depend on whose name it was. Either LAY-o-KAH-dyah or LEE-o-KAY-dyuh.

Ahn-ahs-TAH-see-uh is my preferred pronunciation. But I also respect AN-us-TAY-zee-uh
