Joy
WDYT of Joy?

I like it, It's a family name for me so it's also sentimental. It feels just slightly insubstantial as a first name so I prefer it as a middle. It makes a nice bridge for a full name imo.
I wish I liked Joy as a name more than I do. This is a name I like more in theory than in practice. The actual sound of the word just isn't all that pleasant.
It's a fine name, don't get me wrong, I just don't love it and would never use it.
(Joy Behar's given name was Josephine Victoria, with Joy as a nickname. I kind of like it in that instance.)

Very pretty.
I love it, short and sweet with a great meaning. I’d probably use it as a middle name.
I like it very much; couldn't use it because I've used Beatrice, which is a family name. I've only known two Joy people, one was shy and quiet and the other was a fighter for her own rights, even when she didn't have any; but the meaning of the name is good and so is the sound.
It's pretty as both a first name and a middle name but I prefer it as a middle name because it's kind of dated.
It seems too cheerful as a first name considering people have a wide range of emotions, but I still really like it and am considering it as a middle name.
