I like Hubert. Norbert not really.

Hubert has such a wonderful meaning that it became one of my oft-forgotten faves! It's so silly and stuffy, and I love that about it.

Norbert is fun in theory but it's a place name where I live so that takes away from its freshness and whimsy.

Hubert is nice, though I much prefer Hugo and Hugh, and Albert, Robert etc. Norbert is a no, though I do like Norman.
