Colette, Celeste or Madeline?
If you had to choose: Colette, Madeline (either pronounciation) or Celeste?

All pretty, though I think I’d go with Colette personally, though I love the Italian variant, Coletta.

I like Colette the best, but Celeste is a close second. I prefer Madelyn to Madeline.

I like Collette best, then Madeline. I really don’t like Celeste

Madeline or CelesteOut of both, I like Celeste more, but I can see why someone would take the safe route and pick Madeline.
I dislike Colette. It’s just too French for English.

I would choose Madeline because it is a family name, with that precise spelling. I don't mind Colette as a nn for Nicolette, but not as an independent name, and I don't like Celeste at all. It's fine for the Queen of the Elephants, or my friend's cat, but not for anyone else.

I adore Celeste, it makes me think of the stars. I really don’t care for Colette, and Madeline is pretty, but there are so many spellings/variations that have ruined it.

Madeline as MAD-ə-lien, hands down. I absolutely hate the name Celeste (I must be in the minority here on this site) and I don't really care for Colette either, despite my love for Cole. Besides, Colette and Celeste both sound extremely stuck-up whereas Madeline doesn't. Or, at least not nearly as much. In order of preference:Madeline
Colette
Celeste (Dead, dead last)

I decided to be super down-to-earth, so it's Madeline.

Tough decision. But I would have to go with Celeste.
