I like all except for Ai, Kanna and Seina. They don't sound pleasant to me.
All of them are probably used today except for Tomoe. The kanji for "e" is probably more common at the beginning of names now (Emi, Emiko, Emiri, Eri, etc.) Names ending in -a, -ka, and -na seem to be popular right now.

Here are my faves. I like them because of the sound and the meaning.Ayame - “Iris
Ayumi - “walk” (not sure about the meaning but love the sound!)
Hana - “flower”
Haru - “spring”
Honoka - “harmony flower”
Kanna - “green summer”
Kokona - “south lake” (sounds like coconut though…)
Kokone - “heart sound” (sounds like coconut though…)
Kokoro - “heart”
Mai - “true love”
Mei -“budding life”
Mio - “beautiful cherry blossom” (I always hoped this was a name, like a cross between Mia and Lio, and here it is!)
Mirei - “beautiful bow” (not sure about the meaning but love the sound!)
Miyu - “beautiful evening”
Sakura - “cherry blossom” (this has to be my all time favourite)
Sumire - “Violet flower”
Yume - “dream”

I'm sure some of them are, although I'm certainly not one to ask.
Anyway, here are my favorites based off my initial perceived pronunciation, or if I already familiar with them.Ai (Although slightly hard to say and don't care for it, visually)
Arina (Although the site lists it as a Russian name, so...) Still nice though, though not as much as Irina and Ilena
Aya
Ayame (Also I think the similar name, Ayane is real lovely as well. I actually have a character named this)
Ayana
Hana (Possibly even better than the Western pronunciation of Hannah/Hanna)
Himari
Hina
Kotone
Maria: But what's the Japanese version? Can't find it.
Marina: Same thing
Miku
Mio (Although the company comes to mind. Mio water enhancer)
Mirei
Nanami
Reina
Runa (Not listed as Japanese though, FYI)
Sakura
Sara (Japanese version though?)
Satomi
Shiori
Sumire
Tomoe
Yui
Yuina
YurinaI also like that aren't included: Yuna (The name of a major character of mine), Sachi and Karen (The Japanese version/pronunciation is soooo much better than the typical English one, and not just because of the meme.)Edit: Toshirō as well.
