It reminds me of a Finnish name Elvi, which was also my great-grandmother's name. Somehow, despite its ancient origin, Elvia seems made-up to me: I prefer Elvi and Elvira for now.
My paternal grandmother's name was Elva. I loved her dearly.
Yet I was always put off by her name - not that I thought it was particularly unattractive (at least compared to maternal grandmother, Mavis) but because I was always acutely aware that Elva was her name and that Alva was occasionally given as a male name. (Growing up just a few miles from Thomas Alva Edison's birthplace will do that to a guy, I guess.)
Anyway, with that in mind, I rather like Elvia. I like the way it reminds me of my grandmother, but with a bit more of a feminine twist to.
As far as middle names go, I rather like some of the combinations you offered - Elvia Susanna and Elvia Rosalind in particular.

It's so very pretty but I prefer Elvira too. 💖
El Via.
I hear it as generic and also religious. I think of a dirt road.
Interesting that it actually means blonde!
These are my fav of the combos...

Interesting, why generic? Where are you from? I'm in the U.S. and know only vaguely of a writer named Elvia Wilk.
I meant that I get a general impression of plainness from it, not that I've seen it as a name very often.
Like my 1st associations are random words / commonplace things: salvia, alvia, (elvia?...el, via... God & The Way, aka Christianity). Plus it sounds like Olivia and El* is a very common name element.
