Sort of a wild-hayseed aesthetic. Just like Red. That's my first impression. I could see the appeal.
But then, I also expect Blue to be the kid who would have been named Indigo in 2000. Whatever is the equivalent of hipster these days. I'm neutral.
I like it more, or dislike it less, as a masculine name, because that gives me more of the retro born-free vibe. Comes off more brandnamey / celebby to me as a gal name. But it's pretty sexless in itself.- mirfak
