Not a fan of this spelling at all. I've seen both Sessilee (name of a model in the 2000s) and Sesily before, but I really don't like mixing the Cs and Ss with this particular name. I couldn't put my foot on it, but that's why it's so displeasing to the eye. The C and S both being in there and making the same sound is like naming someone Kacey Cooper. Just pick one and stick to it!
