Cesilee
Name spotted. What do you think about it? I suppose, it's meant to be a version of Cecily, but, I can't say I like it very much.

Give me Cecily any day: I'd use it with pleasure. Cesilee looks hilariously close to "See? Silly!"

If it is, I prefer Cecily. It's interesting, not TOO offensive with the spelling, but I don't care for it. CeCe would be a cute NN.

I love the name but not the spelling. I prefer Cecily.

Not a fan of this spelling at all. I've seen both Sessilee (name of a model in the 2000s) and Sesily before, but I really don't like mixing the Cs and Ss with this particular name. And, of course, Cecily is still my favorite spelling (though Sesily has its charm).

I couldn't put my foot on it, but that's why it's so displeasing to the eye. The C and S both being in there and making the same sound is like naming someone Kacey Cooper. Just pick one and stick to it!

I guess they wanted to make sure it was pronounced "ces" rather than "sis" but just stick to Cecily which I like.

That's a horrible way to spell it. Cecily is nice though.
