Brother(s) for Pearl?

Pearl Emily has been my number one combo for a few years now. The thing is, I can't figure out what I enjoy with it. It's like I found one combo I love and then I went blank.Anyway, we all have pretty decent tastes here, so what would you name Pearl Emily's brother? Wow, what a list!I'd say my top three are Alfred Joseph, Frey Joseph, and Silvan Joseph. I adore the name Frey and I'd probably go for Sylvan over Silvan, but they're so good.I'm also really digging Pearl and Otto as siblings because of your Ottokar and Ottomar suggestions. Thank you so much!

My great grandmother was named Pearl so I'm going to suggest her brothers' names.Pearl and Joshua O. (No clue what the O stood for, if anything)

Pearl is getting popular again, but going back to when it was first well used, then some boy names of similar popularity would be Robert, Fred(erick), Albert, Alfred, Edwin, David, Harold ... and Joseph! My preferences would be for Robert, Edwin, David, Harold and maybe Frederick.
