It is cute. I think it’s kinda too matchy to start them with the same letter, but I get people do that and unless you’re a Duggar with a kajillion kids it’s not a big deal.

I prefer Evan to Emma, but I don't like either of them, together or separately. And I prefer twins not to have matchy names, initials etc.

I usually don't like for siblings to share initials, but the names suit each other without being too much alike! I like both of them, especially Evan.
