Joanna and Lindsay seem very 80s. I like Lindsay and Joanna, Freya and Rhona, and Rachel and Ruth.
Amy and Thea seem very different to me. I like both names, but not as twins.

Those twin names are very nice! Except Rhona, which reminds me of Coronavirus. I hope that's pronounced like you would Rhonda and not Rhoda. As for me:For boy/girl, I love Tyler Matthew and Alyssa Marie. For girl/girl, I love Alyssa Marie and Hadley Rose. For boy/boy, I love Tyler Matthew and Seth Alexander. For unisex names, I love Jordan Avery and Jasper Corin.

I like that none of them are matchy matchy.I dislike how matchy matchy Verity and Felicity are for twins - both soundwise plus virtues. My cousins are Felicity and Verity - sisters, but there’s also Emily, Beatrice and Annabelle (plus 7 years in age difference) to break them up, unlike twins whose names will be mentioned in the same breath and constantly confused for each other for at least 18 years. Mine would be:Sylvie Aurelia & Florence Leocadia
Sylvie Aurelia & Oskar Mathis
Oskar Mathis & August Felix

I like Amy & Thea, and I find Freya & Rhona an interesting set. Lindsay & Joanna is fine but boring, and while I like Ruth & Rachel separately they suck as twin names.Re your set - I went to school with sisters (not twins) named Verity and Felicity! My twins today would be named Naomi and Fern.

The only name I like from the list is Thea. The rest are okay. I like how the parents gave them different names, and even with Ruth and Rachel, they are both Biblical and they have the same letter, but they are different.I don't know what I would name twins maybe: Cadence Zoe and Evangeline Faith

I like Freya, Thea, Ruth and Rachel (but not together). I really dislike matchy first names on siblings and particularly on multiples. My twins have matchy middle names (first middle names are floral names and second middle names start with the letter E - on my defense, the letter thing was unintentional) but their first names are very different. They start with different letters and are very different style: one is old-fashioned and the other very youthful. If I were having another set of twins right now (horror!), I'd name them maybe:
Emma Usva Kaarina
Tuovi Elina SylviaAukusti Toivo Edvard
Frans Voitto Väinämö

Lindsay and Joanna just blow my socks off! The only other name I like enough to consider using is Ruth, and with Rachel it's too obviously themed. Twice. R + R + Old Testament.Anagrams appeal to me: Alice Emily Heather and Celia Bryony May. Feminised: Harriet Lyndall Joy and Philippa Bethan Eve.Floral: Daisy Marianne Clodagh and Iris Esme Louise; probably wouldn't, IRL, but they're nice.Lucy Jean Michele and Tessa Juliet Anne.
