Pretty but I am seeing it everywhere, so it's kinda lost its appeal.

I love it, but I don't really like June/Junie so I'd probably only use it for an animal. (Nothing wrong with June or Junie, but they're a little too bubbly for me. Juniper sounds bright and chipper but it still has a muted softness because of the cloudy grayish color to juniper leaves and berries.

I dislike June and I don't drink gin. Not a fan at all.

I want to like but I just can't get there.

It's one of those names I've never liked. I think it's the strong "NIP" sound in the middle

I feel like I should like this. I love unusual plant names, I like names with similar sounds like June and Judith. But for some reason Juniper just sounds crazy to me. Like it belongs on one of those “kooky celebrity kid names” lists.

I like it in theory. My bff throughout school was called "Juniper" as a nickname so it gives me nice nostalgia. I like that it seems wacky and fun but also down to earth, sort of like Fern. I'd maybe use it as a middle name to liven things up, but I'm not sure if I would enjoy the level of whimsy that Juniper has as a first name in real life. I think it runs the risk of being a bit cutesy. I do like the idea of June-short-for-Juniper very much.

I dislike Juniper. The plant isn't that nice (even though I love all plants), it sounds like you're saying Jennifer while having a cold and it seems so hipster and trendy. June is already boring to me because for a few years everyone was thinking about naming their kid June, Juno or Juniper (most ended up with different names though) and I am tired of it.
