Like both well enough.

I prefer Johanna (with a Y sound).
My sister is Joanne, but I call her that so seldom that when people ask me if I'm related to "Joanne", it's takes me a few seconds to remember, "yes, I am!"

I both love Joanna and Joanne are so beautiful and lovely.

Joanne does not appeal to me: I find the rhythm unattractive and the name soon sounds whiney. I prefer Joan.
