Better than Stephanie. Not on my list though.

I like it and it's a beautiful name but I prefer the Stefania spelling.

I like it more than Stephanie, which I find boring and dated. I don't understand why it never caught on, it's pretty.

I like it, and it always brings to mind a minor character from the sitcom, Everybody Loves Raymond, which is where I first discovered the name, although spelled 'Stefania' It has a nice, a
elegant, almost exotic vibe to it and I far prefer it to Stephanie.

I find it beautiful! I also LOVE Stefania.

It's way better than dated Stephanie. I like it and Stefania quite a bit.
