HelpRe: If you had Triplet girls, what would you name them?

If I chose to name them with current favorites:
Lily Anastasia
Eva Angelina
Kamila Alina
If I'd play it safe and used long time favorites (which I guess I would):
Lily Anastasia
Eleanor Isabelle
Lyra Annabel
If I wouldn't choose to live in an English speaking country I would do Elinor instead because it works better than Eleanor.
I would probably use a second middle name which would be a family name.
And yes, the middle names are too similar but I don't care, they are only middle names.
