Edit: thanks for your generous reply! After reading your comments, I figured out there are a few reasons why I keep choosing “old-fashioned” names. First, I read the kanji in my mother language (which is wildly different from the actual pronunciation) and I focus on how they look rather than the sound. Second, maybe I was subconsciously influenced by Demon Slayer, and you know they are some old people……
