Shay
What are your opinions on the name Shay? I like how it's Unisex, also that it isn't very common and not unknown. Do you prefer the spelling Shea?"You're a firework. Show your obstacles your brightest colors."-MeRate my name lists too!

Completely dislike it regardless of gender or spelling. Sorry.

I think Shea is a lot MORE feminine but I associate both of them to be girls names. Not my favourite name either.

I really like it, but only for a boy and usually as a diminutive to similar-sounding names such as Shane (which I really love) and Seamus, spelled either way. I'm more inclined to Shay though. (:

I’ve always really liked this name and enjoy the Shae spelling too. It gets used at times here in Australia, though isn’t common either. I like the meaning of the name and much prefer it for a girl.

I know it’s unisex, but I have a hard time seeing it on a boy, despite the fact I went to high school with two of them. One was Shea (or Shae, I can’t remember) and the other ones full name was something like Shaylen or Shayler.

I like Shay. It's actually my Nephew's MN, His name is Anthony Shay LN. So, I guess I'm a little bias! LOL!

As far as the spelling goes...I love Shae & Shaye.
I’m neutral on Shay.
And I dislike Shea.

I like the name! But it isn't one of my favorite monosyllabic options. It sounds too much like a nickname, because it isn't popular on its own.
I like all spellings that I've seen: Shea as in Shea butter, Shae, and Shay. But maybe Shae looks the most like a standalone name? I'm not sure, but its got calming vibes. I keep thinking of Shea lotion Lol.I would use it as a middle name, so people wouldn't assume that it was short for Shayna.

It's ok, but so many spellings, I prefer Shae
