I really like it! Its a good alternative to Casper. Its feminine form, Caspia, is also pretty.
I really like Caspian, I was a huge Narnia fan as a child and it's a positive association in my book, plus being a type of tiger is a fun bonus. It has a classically masculine and fantasy adventure aura to it. A nice name overall imo. I would totally use it honestly it's just slightly futher down the list than some of my other favorites.
I really dislike the sound of this name (the -ian doesn't appeal at all) but I love that it has literary and nature associations. It feels soft and strong at the same time.
I like it. It's on my list - and for a while I was decided that this wat going to be the name of baby brother. Not so sure now, but it's obviously a name I like enough to use. I like the sea/nature feeling I get from it as well as the Narnia association.
My favourite name. I love the sound, look, associations, and the overall feel I get from it. It's soft, but strong, magical, and beautiful. He's adventurous, playful, full of love, joy, and laughter. The name just encompasses everything I hope to give to my kids, and I love it! Caspian will most likely be what I call a son (should I have one). The only downside I personally have is increasing popularity.

I like it
Don't like it
Either a CS Lewis character or an inland sea. Neither appeals to me much.
