I hope it's a male baby. If it is, then Peregrine has a good vibe: the wild bird, and then the classic, upper-class human image. Of course, it is possible that some parent somewhere would see an -ine ending, think of Josephine and Caroline, and use it on a girl. That, I would deplore.
