The firstborn gets named after goddesses, a poet, a demon, and a notorious queen, and the secondborn gets named after the mistress? Hmm. I wonder if he knew Lola means grandmother.
Nuit is really cute; it's disappointing to me they called her Lilith. Lilith and Lola does work well as a sibset, but it's not as fun to me as Nuit and Lola.
Medea, Medusa, Nero, and Icarus are the only names I can think of at the moment that I really like but would consider too dark to use. When I try to imitate the style, it ends up mostly sounding kitschy or like I picked it on drugs rather than being darkly mysterious...
